Spatially targeting historic neighborhoods for community revitalization

Although attempts have been made to revitalize Americas distressed historic urban neighborhoods in distress, many of these neighborhoods are still struggling with blight. Common factors exist in effective revitalization plans considered to be effective that revitalize, preserve the built environment, and retain affordable housing.
