Abstract
Employee benefits play an important role in a potential job applicants estimation of organizational attractiveness (Barber, 1998). The present study examined the impact of three diversity benefits (tuition reimbursement for minority group members, extended and paid maternity leave, and domestic partnership) on college students ratings of organizational attractiveness within a laboratory setting. The research also explored the manner in which the demographic characteristics of the participants impacted the relationship between the various diversity benefits and organizational attractiveness. Two 2x4 designs were utilized to analyze the data. The analyses provide no support for the hypotheses.
