Abstract
This thesis outlines a comprehensive landscape development plan for the newly constructed Joseph Wheeler High School, designed to serve 600–1,000 students. The plan aimed to integrate the school into its natural surroundings and enhance its educational and community value. Key features included vehicular and pedestrian circulation, parking for staff, students, and visitors, outdoor recreation areas (football field, track), outdoor classrooms and sitting areas, utility and drainage planning, aesthetic and functional landscaping.
