Abstract

This study examined the effect of a video self-evaluation intervention on teachers’ rates of behavior-specific praise. It also examined the effect of the intervention on general praise, general reprimands, and behavior-specific reprimands. Results suggested that the intervention resulted in increased rates of behavior-specific praise by teachers. Implications for future research and study limitations are discussed.
