Understanding & using the directory of Georgia livestock processing facilities

In an attempt to increase farm revenues by adding marketing option and offer alternatives to consumers, a survey of small scale processing was conducted. The survey analyzes locations and potential for small scale livestock processing within Georgia; the objective is to better understand local processing opportunities for farmers.
