The Facilities Management Division 2025 Strategic Plan is an extension of UGA's 2025 Strategic Plan as it applies to the Units and Operational Directives of the Facilities Management Division. The Plan was developed by an FMD Strategic Planning Committee. Each Strategic Goal is followed by an applicable FMD Unit Goal, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), the Data Sources that will be used to measure progress, and Annual Targest for each year to 2025.
