Abstract
Environmental Education is a niche of education that to date has facets that have been understudied. This study examined the impact of working as an environmental educator for the Georgia 4-H program on workforce-related skill acquirement and workforce trajectory-post program. Qualitative data results suggested that no matter the reason for initially working in environmental education, working in this field has a significant influence on a young persons pursuit of work and their skill-set throughout the duration of their career.
