Abstract

This paper presents findings of a consensual qualitative research study which explored the experiences of professional middle school counselors who advocate for the successful implementation of school-wide bullying prevention initiatives. The researcher identified domains, categories, and sub-categories from participants responses and provided recommendations and implications for practicing school counselors and counselor educators. The paper concludes with a discussion of social justice implications and recommendations for future research.
