The amount of data and information in the field of medical sciences is increasing at a tremendous rate. PubMed comprises more than 21 million citations from biomedical literature. There are various new discoveries and researches carried out in the field of biomedical sciences almost every year. All this information is really important and useful for the patients as well as medical practitioners and should reach them on time so that they can carry on the correct treatment for a particular patient based on the new knowledge. The project is an attempt to carry out the match-making of a patients profile with the various medical publications and ranking them based on the semantics involved.
